This machine is used for removing surface scale,oil paint or other attachment of steel gas cylinder outer wall. It composes of cleaning room, rotation axis, shot blasting impeller, elevator, pushing cylinder, screw driver and electric parts etc. Wearing plate of cleaning room is of high abrasive resistance. The function is to get bright and clean surface with certain roughness, while coating the surface, it can improve the adhesion on the surface of the paint film, and improve the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders.

The zinc spraying wire is composed of arc zinc spraying machine, spray gun automatic mechanism, workpiece automatic transfer and rotation variable speed mechanism, spray room, vacuum cleaner, electric control and so on. Specially used for spraying zinc on the surface of LPG cylinders. A process in which the melted metal zinc wire is atomized by high-speed air flow and sprayed to the workpiece surface at high speed to form a coating by using arc as a heat source.

The spraying production line is used for static powder spraying for kinds of steel gas cylinder. it takes natural gas or LPG as heat source. Composed of suspension conveying equipment, powder spraying equipment, curing equipment etc. Finished products surface coating are with high adhesive force, tightness, corrosion prevention and electrical insulation property.

This machine is used for valve fixing and removing of LPG cylinder. Two types: mechanical torsion and torque meter control. It has the device of electric control, pneumatic-lock, adjustable torsion. While reaching the required torsion value, stop automatically, to ensure the exit of valve in the middle of guard-ring. This machine is of flexible operation, convenient and safe.

This device is used before air tightness test ,for LPG cylinder manufacturer or LPG cylinder testing station production line. It composed of piston air compressor, air storage tank, air cylinder and air inflation gun. The quantity of air inflation gun is decided according to the customers’ requirements.

The special cylinder of the equipment is used for airtight test, which is composed of water tank, lift, bottle feeding mechanism, electric control part and other components. The work is that the bottle feeding mechanism automatically sends the cylinder to the working position to be tested, the lifting cylinder will drop the cylinder into the water, the operator will rotate the cylinder to observe whether the cylinder is leaking, and the cylinder will be raised to the water surface and sent out of the test station after the test is over. The machine has reasonable mechanism, high degree of automation, simple operation and maintenance.
