This equipment is specially designed for the automatic welding of valve seats in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders. It adopts advanced welding technology to ensure high-precision and high-strength connection between the valve seat and the cylinder body, meeting the requirements of air tightness and pressure resistance. It is suitable for the manufacturing and repair processes of cylinders.

Equipment Characteristics
High-precision welding
The TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) or MAG (Molten Metal Active Gas Welding) processes are adopted to ensure uniform weld seams, free of pores and slag inclusions, and in compliance with welding standards such as NB/T 47014.
The o servo-driven positioning system enables precise alignment of the valve seat and the bottle body (with an error of ≤0.2mm).
2. Automated operation
Manual loading and unloading, clamping, welding and inspection processes reduce manual intervention and improve consistency.
o PLC programming control, capable of storing multiple sets of welding parameters (current, speed, gas flow rate), and adaptable to valve seats of different specifications.
It can be adapted to the valve seat welding of various specifications of LPG cylinders. The model can be switched by changing the fixture.
Technical parameters
• Welding speed: 3-10mm/s (adjustable)
