2.Design of Vertical Turning Tool Special Machine
It adopts a rigid vertical spindle structure and is equipped with high-strength alloy turning tools to ensure a stable cutting process and avoid burrs or deformation at the bottle mouth.
The automatic tool setting function enables quick positioning of the bottle mouth center, enhancing processing efficiency.

Compatible with the automated loading and unloading system (optional mechanical hand or conveyor belt), it enables unmanned continuous production, with a single-piece processing cycle of no more than 30 seconds.
It is equipped with an internal pneumatic clamping device, suitable for various cylinder diameters, and the clamping force is adjustable to ensure processing safety.
