Equipment Overview
This equipment is a dedicated device for strength testing in the production of gas cylinders. It consists of a frame, a cylinder clamping device, a water tank, a booster pump, an electrical control cabinet, and other components. Bottles are manually loaded and unloaded, while water filling and emptying are automated. This machine features a high degree of automation, is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and is an essential choice for the production of small-sized gas cylinders. It integrates water filling, pressurization, pressure relief, and water drainage, with each station being independently controllable. Through automated water filling, pressurization, and pressure holding tests, it ensures that the gas cylinders meet national standards (such as GB/T 9251, ISO 10460, etc.) in terms of sealing and strength at the rated working pressure. Main Functions and Working Principles
- Water Injection and Pressurization
- The high-pressure water pump injects clean water into the steel cylinder, with a pressure range of 0 to 6.0 MPa (adjustable).
- Equipped with an exhaust valve to ensure no air bubbles interfere in the cylinder before testing.
- Pressure Holding and Leak Detection
- Automatic pressure holding for a set time (typically 30 to 60 seconds), with a pressure sensor monitoring the leakage rate and an automatic alarm for any deviation.
- Drainage and Reset
- Manual drainage after the test is completed, ready for the next process. ________________________________________

Safety Precautions
- Before operation, check the sealing of the pipeline. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the cylinder under pressure.
- The test pressure must not exceed 1.5 times the design pressure of the cylinder.
- Regularly maintain the water pump, valves and pressure gauges to ensure accuracy. ________________________________________
