     This equipment is specially designed for the automatic installation of Angle valves in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders. It is driven by high-precision servo motors and features adjustable torque, ensuring that the tightness of the Angle valve installation meets industry standards while enhancing production efficiency and consistency.

  1. Servo motor drive system

It adopts high-performance servo motors, featuring fast response and high positioning accuracy (±0.1mm), which can meet the installation requirements of Angle valves of different specifications.

It supports stepless speed regulation, allowing for flexible adjustment of the rotational speed according to the production rhythm to prevent thread damage.

  1. Intelligent torque control

The torque range is adjustable (default 5 to 50N·m, customizable according to customer requirements). Through the preset parameters of the PLC controller, it ensures that the fastening force of each Angle valve is uniform and up to standard.

It is equipped with a torque over-limit alarm function, automatically stops the machine and alerts for abnormalities to prevent over-tightening or missed tightening.

It is compatible with common Angle valve models and can be quickly switched through quick-change fixtures.

It can be integrated into the production line and, in conjunction with the conveyor belt and PLC system, achieve fully automatic operation (optional).

Operation process

     1.Fix the gas cylinder to the tooling position and ensure that the valve ports are aligned.

  1. Set parameters such as torque value and the number of rotations through the touch screen.
  2. Start the equipment, and the servo motor automatically completes the insertion and tightening of the Angle valve.
