Angle valve installation machine

The equipment is suitable for welding inside the top head of the cylinder, clamping the cylinder with the mold, feeding the welding gun to the cylinder, and the motor driving the cylinder to rotate to complete the ring welding. The machine has compact mechanism, stable performance and high production efficiency.

This machine is used for valve fixing and removing of LPG cylinder. Two types: mechanical torsion and torque meter control. It has the device of electric control, pneumatic-lock, adjustable torsion. While reaching the required torsion value, stop automatically, to ensure the exit of valve in the middle of guard-ring. This machine is of flexible operation, convenient and safe.
