This machine is used for valve fixing and removing of LPG cylinder. Two types: mechanical torsion and torque meter control. It has the device of electric control, pneumatic-lock, adjustable torsion. While reaching the required torsion value, stop automatically, to ensure the exit of valve in the middle of guard-ring. This machine is of flexible operation, convenient and safe.

This device is used before air tightness test ,for LPG cylinder manufacturer or LPG cylinder testing station production line. It composed of piston air compressor, air storage tank, air cylinder and air inflation gun. The quantity of air inflation gun is decided according to the customers’ requirements.

The special cylinder of the equipment is used for airtight test, which is composed of water tank, lift, bottle feeding mechanism, electric control part and other components. The work is that the bottle feeding mechanism automatically sends the cylinder to the working position to be tested, the lifting cylinder will drop the cylinder into the water, the operator will rotate the cylinder to observe whether the cylinder is leaking, and the cylinder will be raised to the water surface and sent out of the test station after the test is over. The machine has reasonable mechanism, high degree of automation, simple operation and maintenance.

The equipment is divided into two kinds of single-sided two-color printing and double-sided two-color printing. It is manufactured upon on domestic and foreign silk screen printing technology. It is with good quality, no pollution, low printing cost.

This conveyors use chain wheels, roller conveyors transmission by chain driving, conveyors is composed of 330×180mm、330×140mm、250×80mm、250×140mm straight conveyors and 90 degree,180degree bending conveyors. The conveyor lines transmit with good stability, safe and reliable, convenient use and maintenance.

This production line is suitable for the coil material uncoiling first, then fed to the straightener-feeder, cutting the steel into the required size. It adopts computer optimization design, with high mechanical strength, operating smoothly. Control parts use digital circuits, servo drive, touch screen setup parameter, feeding length can be Flexible and adjustable, accurate and reliable. This machine welding and null string speed is controlled by frequency conversion or servo, to realize high and low speed switch. That welding torch start/stop arc linkage with slow/fast rotation, selected with Lincoln MAG pulsed power supply, to realize automatic handle welding.

The equipment is specially used for 20~50KG cylinder cylinder winding by hydraulic station digital circuit control, imported PLC, touch screen, high precision roll and so on.
